We have an immediate opening available for a BZ Results, Digital Solutions Manager (DSM) - National /Enterprise Create business relationships in both ADP and Competitive Accounts in a large geographic area. Increase incremental revenue to ADP clients and grow new market share through conquest sales.
Work in conjunction with all of your baseline partners to increase sales opportunities in DSP Solutions in both ADP Clients and Conquest Accounts. Achieve annual assigned sales plan, working under guidance of DSM Director of Sales. Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in communications needed. Proven sales track-record with 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, specifically in the areas of Web Services and Digital Advertising.
Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):
The ideal candidate will have Digital Marketing experience. Candidates will also have specific knowledge of the BZ Results organizationa nd products.
- Extensive understanding of the automobile retail business
- Knowledge of online and offline advertising solutions
- 3-5 years experience in the Dealership vertical with ability to communicate with Dealer Principals
- Knowledge of automotive, finance/insurance and technology industries preferred
- 4 year college degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 months of job related formal sales training
- 3-5 years of technical, B2B solutions sales experience, including new business development
- Ability to travel approximately 75% oe is required
The ideal candidate will have Digital Marketing and/or Advertising experience in the Automotive industry. Preferred candidates will also have specific knowledge of the BZ Results organization and products. Channel sales and relationship building experience are important. This ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:

- Be a self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Team player with ability to coordinate efforts with baseline sales reps to sell
- Strong computer skills with current technical knowledge
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills in order to close deals and make presentations
- Ability to present new product concepts to marketplace
- Ability to formulate sales plan for designated territory, region or specific client portfolios
- Knowledge of automotive, finance & insurance and technology industries preferred
